relocation to jail of the proven Corrupt and Criminal.

Corruption and rampant criminality committed at the microcosmic level
by the Public Officials in control of the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY
OF JOSEPHINE.

My Wife Anita is dying. The doctors have stated their surprise that
she is still alive. A projection of 6 months has recently been
declared, and yet no one in government is held responsible. They
continue to imprison innocent people, bankrupt others, send our
children to war, attack the health of millions through their proven
dereliction of duty.
What has become of the Spirit of America? When and why have a once
proud Free Sovereign People settled in comfortably with their Chains
of Slavery, forged with the illusory Satanic Links which bind them
through mind control?
Our story, the story of my wife and I, is being repeated endlessly
throughout this land of ours. The Corruption and Criminality of a
Judicial System which no longer follows the "Supreme Law of the Land,"
the U.S. Constitution and its Common Law now functions as a "Star
Chamber" Tribunal of Unlawful and Unconstitutional Administrative Law,
where the Constitution is not recognized and they make the rules up as
they go along.
I shall cut to the Chase as all of the supporting evidence of what I
am about to say here and now is backed up on the page listed above.
In 2002, I was arrested while traveling in my private automobile, for
a High Beam Violation and having no license in possession. Mind you,
no license in possession, not a suspended license. I had rescinded my
ODL in 1999 and no longer contracted with the state for a license,
requiring their "permission" to Travel as I was not engaged in
Commercial or Business Activities while traveling in my private
automobile on the publicly owned roadways.
To this date, I continue to Travel as I did on the Day that I was
arrested, only now my privately owned automobiles no longer have
license plates or corporate identification tags nor do I possess a
"permission to travel" driver license.
I was arrested at gunpoint on Sept 5, 2002 after the deputy shereiff
told me 4 times that I was not under arrest but yet, did not miss a
beat in continuing their act of highway piracy in the confiscation of
my privately owned automobile and leaving me stranded on my journey
home. The result: I was kidnapped at gunpoint and the victim of an
armed robbery. The crimes were reported to the JOSEPHINE COUNTY
DISTRICT ATTORNEY CLAY E. JOHNSON, but he kissed it off because the
report was not accompanied by an affidavit. That was the beginning of
the BASSACKWARD trail of crime and corruption that the County of
JOSEPHINE OREGON will NEVER LIVE DOWN.
I vowed that this kind of Tyranny would not go on. I would take this
to wherever it would go. This was not NAZI Germany. I was not living
in Mother Russia. This was America, and I was a living, breathing,
flesh-and-blood, sentient natural Man, a Son of God, a man of the
Sovereign People. That began the littered trail of crimes and
corruption that encompassed two trials brought on by the STATE OF
OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE to COVER THEIR ASS.
Via the Commercial process of UCC Leins, used widely in business and
specialized by the IRS, I served papers on all who were instrumental
in my unlawful prosecution and imprisonment. I filed similar leins on
the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE jointly in the amount of
$27,180,000.00 (Twenty Seven Million, One Hundred and Eighty Thousand
Dollars) as a result of their repeated (to date the count is SEVEN.)
commercial defaults. A valid Commercial judgement now stands jointly
against both Corporate Agencies.
Unbeknownst to me a secret grand jury indictment had been garnered by
JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY CLAY E. JOHNSON, and he had sat on
such indictment for 6 months, waiting to see whether I would file the
Liens against the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE. When I
did, they came after me as a "Paper Terrorist" to test the public's
reaction to the recently passed PATRIOT ACT and charged me with
"Simulation of Legal Process."
From the beginning of my first appearance in court to the last, some
22 challenges were made by me to the courts, judges, and Prosecutors
to prove jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,
Sentient natural man, who was not a 14 Amendment Citizen, nor was
subject to the "unlawful and unconstitutional" limited Maritime Law of
the Corporate Administrative Courts
After two BOGUS costly, publicly frittered away funded trials and two
BOGUS convictions by a court which clearly ran counter to the US
Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land and Common Law, the Law upon
which I asserted my Legal Standing as a Sovereign man of the People, I
refused to accept their offer of contract of Sentencing, as clearly
their jurisdiction lay only in contract law and I conferred no such
grant of jurisdiction.
After two hunger strikes amounting to 55 days, and the jail medical
authorities fearing I was near Death and they'd have another corpse on
their hands, I was thrown out of Jail unceremoniously and dumped at
the curb of the Local Hospital's Emergency Room. I have not heard a
peep from my Government Officials since.
However, since my release I have deliberately served papers (a
definite probation violation spelled out in the bogus probation
requirements which were also refused and rejected by me in accepting
the STATE and COUNTY'S offer of contract) on Oregon Governor
KULONGOSKI, Attorney General MYERS, Secretary of State BRADBURY.
These are over and above the papers served on a host of Judges,
prosecutors, the Sheriff, etc. which were the subject of the two bogus
trials.
Despite the fact that my action AFTER my two bogus trials were no
different than my action PRIOR to my two bogus trials, THE STATE OF
OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE have "judiciously" avoided arresting
me.
If my actions of Traveling without a License and Paper Terroism were
crimes in 2002, WHY ARE THEY NOT CRIMES IN 2007?
The answer is simple. My actions were not CRIMINAL THEN AND THEY ARE
NOT CRIMINAL NOW. Since when is a Sovereign man of the People holding
his Servant Government accountable for their crimes and corruption a
CRIME in itself? If such Right to Hold a Servant Government becomes a
Crime, TYRANNY shall be a bold and terrible reality bearing down on a
helpless people in the "every hamlet, town, village, city, county,
state and Washington D.C,"
THE STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE have, by their STONE WALL
OF SILENCE in refusing to offer "Proof of Jurisdiction" have put the
STATE and COUNTY TAXPAYERS on the hook for their repeated
commercial default in the amount of $27,180,000.00 (Twenty Seven
Million, One Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars)

Were the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE again to come after
me and attempt to KIDNAP and FALSELY IMPRISON this Living, Breathing,
Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man, they would FIRST HAVE TO BRING
WITH THEM WRITTEN PROOF OF SUCH JURISDICTION. ACCOMPANIED BY AFFIDAVIT
BY THE ISSUING JUDGE, a act they CANNOT DO without their sham upon the
American People disintegrating like a "house of cards."
If the fictional corporate body STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF
JOSEPHINE and their fictional courts could proved within the last five
years that such JURISDICTION existed over this Natural Man, they would
have "followed" their own law and brought it forward by now..
There you have it, America. You now have ALL of the Peaceful
Amunition you need in order to retake control over your Government and
your Lives. Remove yourselves from the Enslavement of the 14th
Amendment. Assert your Sovereignty. KNOW WHO YOU TRULY ARE AND MAKE
THEM PROVE JURISDICTION.
