To each of you reading this, I ask that you tell three people of your
honest opinion of what you have read, yea or nay! Allow your family,
friends, and neighbors the same opportunity to read the forum articles
here in the ILLINOIS VALLEY NEWS, which can only be described as
"Extraordinary and Shocking" news of your government in action.
Government, a fictional corporate entity can only operate against the
best interests of the Sovereign people by controlling the news media,
mainstream and alternative. People have been conditioned to react to
images put forth by sanitized elected images. Few are cognizant of
the story behind the story. Government cannot operate or service the
public without heavy dependence upon continued programs of PR, Public
Relations.
My case will be considered an impossibility to most of you since the
average level of conditioned consciousness cannot conceive of anyone
surviving, let alone prevailing over a 7 year onslought by its
government.
Every word of it is the Truth of one man who stood up to a corrupt
government, Your County and State Government, JOSEPHINE COUNTY AND THE
STATE OF OREGON. I have, backed up everything I have said with my own
affidavit based upon my private, unlimited commercial liability. Such
affidavit carries with it the same import and effect as that of
swearing/taking an oath in Court as to its Truth, the whole Truth, and
nothing but the Truth. According to International Maxims of Law of
Commerce, any and all unrebutted questions accompanied by affidavit
stand as Truth. i.e.,:
"In commerce truth is sovereign."
"Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit."
"An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce."
"An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce."
The STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE has not defaulted once,
but more than 25 times in the last Seven years. With all their power,
facilities, unlimited money and personnel, they have not been able to
intimidate one who stands in Truth, and so they stand defeated.
Goliath was once again, slain by the Rock of Truth. .
In another article on this forum: "JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON Sanctions
Infringement of Rights and Piracy upon Public and Private Property" I
stated. "The monetized defaults which face the STATE OF OREGON and
COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, now run in excess of $40,000,000.00 Plus."
I am not concerned with the money, although I realize that is the only
way to get your fictional government's attention.
I want my reputation back.
I want the false information concerning my bogus driver license status
removed from the police computer records
I want a public apology.
I want the repeated acts of Piracy on the Highway to Cease and Desist.
GIL GILBERTSON is the Sheriff of JOSEPHINE COUNTY. He is the highest
law enforcement authority in the County. The STATE cannot infringe
upon his authority, neither can the FEDERAL Government.
Sheriff GILBERTSON is answerable only to the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE who have
put him into office. That means you, each of you. I am not referring
to those of you who do not know the power you hold in your hands,
those of you who have been entranced into believing you are SUBJECTS
of the CORPORATION, and therefore have given up your Rights accorded
to Sovereigns, in return for gaining the privileges of a Slave.
I recognize my writing poses a challenge to most of you based on your
limited public education. You have been conditioned to believe, to
trust, to rely upon your public servants to act on your behalf, but
are you satisfied with its result? I am not! I seek to hold them
responsible for their crimes and misconduct, and I have and will
continue to stand alone if need be.
Lets put it to the Test, shall we? We can start with Sheriff
GILBERTSON, as he is the highest authority of Law Enforcement in the
County of JOSEPHINE.
It is a simple test. Voice your concerns to him (and any other State
and County Official of your choice) Let him come forth and answer the
23 questions of JURISDICTION repeatedly defaulted on throughout the

If Sheriff GILBERSON or any other Agent for the STATE and COUNTY will
not answer the questions, even while they continue to commit acts of
piracy upon those who are not subject to the rules and regulation of
the Corporate government, you will know whether your are regarded by
them as SLAVES OR SOVEREIGNS.
If you are Sovereign, then BEGIN TO ACT LIKE A SOVEREIGN!!
