Call me dense if you like, but what does AHCCCS stand for. I don't live in
Arizona. But there's still a chance that I or others might be able to locate
the information for you.

This is what I found in Google about the AHCCCS program...

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is the name of
the Medicaid program in the state of Arizona.

$903.00 a month is how much money the applicant can receive each month
before taxes (gross income limit) and other deductions are subtracted.

If you can't find the information in their policy manuals, revised code,
administrative code, etc., which is no easy feat in many (if not most)
instances, it seems like they would have a 1-800 you could call to ask this
question. I think answering the question on the telephone could easily save
their caseworkers some valuable time.
