I went to an AA meeting

Ah yes. This is Memorial Day weekend. What am I going to do with myself?
Take the workbench out of the living room and put it in the shop? Toy
around with computers and get another couple of them up and running? Sort
through boxes?

I went to an AA meeting last night and mentioned that I'm refurbishing
computers. Next thing I know a woman gave me a couple of monitors and a
desktop PC. Now I have more to work with. I can't sell them but can give
them away to friends or to Belmont County Free Cycle. I can't sell them
because they break easily and aren't worth messing with refunds for returns.

One day off work and one day's less pay. My co-worker has been sick the
past couple of weeks. I have help come in to cover for her, but I always
end up doing more work. She is due back next week sometime. It will be
good to have her back.

The chiropractor stretched my leg and messed up my hip. My family doctor
asked if I wanted him to look into it, so I said yes and got half a dozen
x-rays. I know my insurance covers it but I don't want to incur a lot of
expense on it anyway. I guess standard x-rays are ok. MRI's are really
expensive though.

When I get up in the morning and stand there's a lot of pain in my hip and I
can't walk. After I limp a few steps though the pain goes away and I can
walk normally. I can still get through the work day and bend over to empty
trash or dust baseboards.
