this issue has been presented many times and as I said before it has
to go to congress and it needs to be voted on and approved and they
have to have the funds.

voter block. Let's just hope it comes earlier than last year. My SS
was one of the last on this list and I got it during the last payment.

Both, sadly, very true.
The surrounding neighborhood for JH is one of the poorest in Baltimore.
The recertifacation of my companion animal could not have happened without
proof positive that it was showing signs of alerting behavior. And simple
country folk's witness statements did not seem to be enough. Lee was
recertified as an animal in service under ADA law. fyi folks a companion (or
theraphy) animal is NOT an animal in service. Although some housing places
do accept them you still cannot take the animal into places of business with
the protection of the ADAAA law.
ADA law was reiterated and strengthened in Oct. 2008.
