How do you guys carry tobacco? Pouch?....Roll?....Ziplock baggie?
I really dont tend to smoke out in public very much, and at home I tend to have the jar or tin just sitting here. When I do carry, I have several leather rolls I use. ( I am very fond of Bob's stuff at Whitewood Leathers [link] They're well made, nice price, and the toad skins look cool )... more »

morning greets all from 60, clear Western NY. Earlier while dog out after feeding, DGT '05 CrownAchievement in gourd calabash with juice/meds/read sports section as sides. Later after feeding the humans, '06 Ashbury in little bowl Ascorti "Business" calabash & finish reading the paper. The pipe...another via late Barry Levin's snail-mail flyers. Has been re-stemed & bowl re-corked once. Another nice little bowl smoker.... more »

If you were asked.... what one tobacco blend would you rather take a hot poker in the eye, then smoke a bowl of?
Mine....anything with deer tongue in it....everytime I have tried it makes me nauseous!

The other thing that gets me is shipping!
Here I find a nice pipe...price is decent...and just as I am about to place a bid... I glance down and see "Shipping $12.95". Goes into my no thank you column.
The ironic part is...the few times I've paid that shipping....the pipe shows up 10 days later in an old padded envelope, with $2 worth of shipping on it.... more »
