Mine....anything with deer tongue in it....everytime I have tried it makes me nauseous!

Hey Max.....heh...I bought a couple of tins of Grousemoor a few years
back.....I managed to smoke a bowl...at the time I figured I had a
lifetime supply....gonna try to get the courage up to try it again....:)

I know what you mean ... been there, done that and IMHO the deer
tongue must have licked the ass of a skunk cause that is about what I
think that tasted like, not that I have any experience of what a
skunks ass would taste like but I can't think of anything that would
taste worse. Hope you enjoyed it enough though to at least give it a
2nd try???

Now oddly enough... I like Grousemoor...the only caveat being...it has to be dry. Dryer than I normally prefer.

Tried it several times...different pipes...different smoking styles.. everytime nausea and a sour stomach.

Bagpiper is the one that gets me the worst.

I actually quite like deer tongue, but I've only tried it in Old Hollywood (AFAIK). I'll second
Mixture #79. I tried it again when it was often mentioned on here, and I had to agree with the
general condemnation. Carter Hall is a close second.

I don't much care for any virginia (for some reason they taste bitter to
me) but I'd say my least favorite is pretty much any cavendish.

There might be one that I like least, but I tend to forget them and move
on to something I do like.

The one tobacco that I cannot smoke is Captain Black. It tastes like a
chemical stew... at least to me. Folks seem to like it, and I enjoy the
aroma of someone else smoking it, but I just don't like to smoke it at all.

If you literally have no sense of taste at all, Condor Original
is probably the tobacco for you. The physical and psychic
effects are great...

Anything with a detectable amount of propylene glycol in it.

If the pg is there but the amount is not detectable by my taster,
I will rapidly acquire a distate for the tobacco and cease to
smoke it, but it will not rate as worse than a hot poker in the eye.

Well, this has got to go somewhere; why not here?
During my college days (1964-68) I fell in love with Bell's Three
Nuns. Back then it wasn't the revered blend it's come to be, just a
decent VaPer. For some reason, the blend would occasionally gave me a
moderate case of diaherra. Here's the sad part; I knew the sh*ts were
coming, but I just couldn't stop smoking those darlin' little discs.
I'm sure some shrink has a prognosis for this disorder.

(which is a burley), orientals, and cigar leaf. Not big on latakia.
