Hey GPH. Even if the smoking contest is a no-show, you've done a lot of
work putting it together, and that's commendable. It's folks like you
that give life to ASP.
Hope you're well,
Ian

My curling pipe order is in and once it arrives then I plan to
participate in future competitions (as long as I have the right
tobac)! Sorry I couldn't join in this one - I might have been able to
come in 2nd if I tried hard enough (and no one else entered).

P.S.
This curling pipe really smokes LJ Heart Burley very well. I can even
detect the subltleness of the Whiskey even though I smoke mainly Black
raspberry in the pipe...I didn't detect and raspberry just good burley
and a smooth whiskey taste.
Got home late, but just finished a bowl of Haunted Bookshop. 44:36.
Can't say that I'm now an HB fan. It's a nice rich flavor after it gets
halfway. I can see where Burley fans would like it, but not my thang
exactly.
This pipe seems to give out on me at 40 minutes or so. Great smoker
though. After a relight it just goes on and on.
I'll be in Calabasas for a Rugby tournament tomorrow so I'll probably be
late again. I guess I'm just a day off. I'll do the Flake tomorrow and
be early :)
