Picked up the 1st of 2 turleys for frying, along with a cured ham
soaking as I type. Came home to 2 bowls of Balkan Supreme, now
decided to slow down some w/my huge Bearded Pasha Meer and PA.
Hot tea on the side and Roughing It with James Garner as Mark Twain
on the tube. Charles Laughton as Magreit in the Big Clock on TCM
at 8:00. Gonna heat up some turkey chilli w/a spinach salad.
What be ye smoking on Thanksgiving Eve's Eve??

We did our holiday shopping yesterday, only 4 of us this year, my wife,
her father (89) and his girlfriend. It gets lonelier every year but I
cherish those we still have around....

Just finished a super salad of arugala from the garden with goat cheese
and garlic and a lemon juice and olive oil dressing, beans and rice on
the side. And now enjoying a pipe of Tudor Castle. Shop opens again
tomorrow morning for 3 days of chaos.

Sorry got my wires crossed about the movie.
It's a good one but it's not Magraite.
Anyone help? What is the movie
Laughton made as the French detective???

Third bowl of PS LTF in a big Il Ceppo. Evenings seem made for big pipes.
Classical on the Dynaco, freezing outside but warm in here. Life is good.
