I just bought a little billiard marked Ross & Scott, London, England, and
106. It has a push-in metal filter, and the stem has no markings,
whatsoever.
I would be grateful knowing anything about the makers (is this a second?),
and when it might have been sold. It was with a Comoy's Grand Slam, same
style, that I also bought, so I assume they both came from the same
estate, but the Comoy's seems hard to date, offering no clues. TIA
