I bought a small bottle (11.2 0z.) of Chimay Trappist Ale. The Red
variety. 7% abv.

Paired it up with one of the new R&J Habano Reserves. Nic and Hon.
tobaccos, a pretty good smoke.

But I also ran across 'Brooklyn Local 1' bottle fermented ale.  Quite
a e beer, weighing in at 9% abv and 100% bottle fermented. It is a
Berlgian style strong-ale.

They even have a video about how they make the stuff.  It's pretty
rare to 100% bottle ferment, short of home brewing I think.

This came with a cork and wire top, like a champagne bottle.

Worth trying, if you can ever find it. I live in the middle of
nowhere, but have an excellent local store that stocks all kinds of
rare beers and wines.
