check alt.smokers.cigars
Are we the only two people on here? Am in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Have
been on alt.smokers.cigars and find it a zoo it has so many off-topic
messages.
Figured with a newsgroup with a name like this, there'd be people buying
and selling cigars and related stuff.
Thanks for responding to my hello message.
Brian
ASC is a zoo, but you should hang around to get the feel of it if
you'd like to learn lots about cigars. :-)
especially the ones that live under the bridge.

Gladys lives under a bridge, doesn't she? ;-)
I think she actually lives under a few. :-)
To address what you said, ASC is kind of like the lounge in a cigar
shop. There will be cigar discussion, but there will also be all kinds
of other talk, as well. Feel free to join in.
This group (a.s.c.marketplace) was set up to allow vendors and people
a place to buy and sell cigars and related stuff, since ASC frowns
heavily on commercial postings. Many people from ASC will browse this
group, but unless they're selling something, they won't post.
