Subject: Rights of Rejuvenation
Since I began studies in borderland sciences I came across a lot of
subgenius related materials, especially stuff on the mandeans, but the
best thing I've come across so far were the Rites of Rejuvenation and
Caucasian Yoga.

Mostly because they are really easy to perform, are really gentle (not
like vulgar pink aerobics at all) and best of all bring powers,
usefull powers.

Spinning clockwise
Lying leg lifts
Crab-style bridge
Kneeling pelvic push with head back
Raised Cobra to Downward Dog

What turns out to be best about the exercises is that beyond just
working the muscles, bones, and joints it also stimulates the GLANDS.

Spinning stimulates the pitituary, pineal and thyroid glands. Lying
leg lifts work the adrenal glands and liver. Crab Style bridge
stimulates most of the glands and the knees. And so on, which also (if
one utilizes their forces) works vortex's in our "ether"/none-particle/
shadow-matter body extensions.

In brief it makes me younger, faster, smarter, and cuter in proportion
to dangerous. It should, theoretically help diabetics a bit.

Now I also do Kettlebell Goddess workouts too and that's a might bit
harder, but Nike is a Goddess of Victory and I believe in it siriusly.
