I am entranced by it! But "Day 4" seems to be missing. Missing Time.
UUUGH.... I hate it when I close my eyes in pictures. I look retarded.
but I like my choice of outfit. I really wish I could wear that in
public. Those fishnets are amazingly comfy.
And the camera adds 10 pounds.... or maybe 12. I havent gained any
weight since last year. I dont think.
... and that's a GREAT picture of Rev. Panic.
What a "Bob"-awful combination
of paisley and plaid
colored GloStiks!
No wonder 'CONNIE'
divorced "Bob"
for non-compliance.
I KNOW I saw that guy in the tie-dye shirt at Woodstock in a past
life, maybe some others.
Closest thing I've seen to a show like that in this lifetime is Guns-N-
Roses at the Birmingham Race Course (regularly they run dogs around a
track and bet on them), they may have changed the name of that lovely
facility by now and haven't heard about them hosting any concerts
since then. Show started like an hour and a half late -- we were
leaving when we heard the music kick in (possibly Paradise City) --
oh, Axl Rose, how could you do that to us? Boo-hoo -- wah!!!
That guy photographs well.
Rev. Xanatos (sp?), who wrote that and took most of the pictures, went
to a lot of work. I saw all of his original photos, uncut, and I know
from experience that just the selecting and webbifying of them is a
chore -- not to mention the writing. What I find interesting and
different about it is that there's almost nothing at all about what
was happening around the stage -- it's mostly personal stuff that
happened in various camps, which is really what X-Day Drills are all
about. Until the saucers come.
Oy! It's Mister Judge Mental
all over that hot flesh action.
As if Ivan Stang
ever leaves his
owned head.
I just get a kick out of the term "Zombie Eggplant."
PS: Are you related to this guy?

It WAS hard work. And of course if you click through to any picture,
it goes to flickr, where there is even more info than in the original
post.
Pantiara, I do wish my pictures of you came out better... But I
couldn't bring myself to delete them. :)
And by the way... Day 4 is not missing. Also, that link wont work
well because as I post new content, it will be pushed down to where
nobody can find it. I post daily. So go here for the X-Day report:
http://clintjcl.wordpress.com/2008/08/14/journal-x-day-prologue-day-1/
clicking through to any picture will give links to all 4 postings, and
each posting links to the previous and next, so it should be possible
to find everything.
And friend me on flickr! :)

Dude, excellent job of documenting all that was Xday. I like to write
and would have done just as detailed a job as you did, but unfortunately
my brain doesn't hold all the events together like it used to. All part
of getting old, I guess. Or too much frop. Or absinthe. Not certain. I
forget.
I carry a little audio recorder with me. Then I never listen back to
the recordings. But Princess Wei (who has more spare time for
listening to crap) does. She found some real gems from both X-Day and
Starwood, including one juicy segment where I had left the room to pee
and the people in the room started talking about me as soon as I was
gone. Specifically they discussed my snoring and wondered how Princess
Wei could endure it. When I heard the tape I had to wonder why they
had chosen to camp right next to our cabin even though there were
literally hundreds of better, more isolated places to camp.
I quit doing detailed illustrated write-ups of X-Day -- no time for it
-- but I have managed to make edited videos of about half the Drills
(and Starwoods). I do this partly to jog my own memory. I quit selling
them after X-Day Drill #6, though, and just give the DVD copies to
friends. They are "you had to have been there" things and non-X-Day-
goers don't need to see what we're up to behind closed gates in that
much detail. The good audio always ends up on Hour of Slack anyway.
Also, since we disallowed cameras in the nekkid areas, there's not
much market for the videos anymore. People who take the SubHistory
course are able to download compressed mp4 copies of them if they want
to. In those, the few tits seen do their jiggling at 15 frames per
second instead of 30.
I do need to get that tape from Steve Scynic that Legume shot of
Alison and that other babe "raping" Steve.

<Beavis>Yeah, heh heh hmmm heh, me too. Heh heh.</Beavis>
"Hey, baby." What a great approach to women!!! Thank you Mike Judge.
Also, I think I might have met Mike Judge or a fan of his in a grocery
store parking lot about 12 years ago or maybe even earlier because
some guy walked by me and said, "Hey, baby." in the manner of the
character Butthead. Put a smile on my face, but maybe I'm just too
easy.
