accutane and microdermabrasion

Hi, does anyone know if there are risks or problems having
microdermabrasion treatments while taking accutane.

My derm put me on accutane recently but said the micros can continue
but web sites say that you shoulnt have microderms at the same time ?

My doc told me it was safe to having dermabrasion 3 months after you
stopped taking accutane. I had it 5 months after I stopped.
