Here are the qualifiers for the 2014 International Olympic Committee Winter Olympics in Sochi:

P1 - best placing
P2 - second-best placing
P3 - third-best placing
Total - sum of the best two
Qual - number of qualifiers for the Olympics

P2 values in parentheses indicate the P1+P2 value is greater than 28, so the country cannot receive more than one qualifier, and the P1 value is used to determine its position

At least six more ladies, six more men, four more pairs, and five more dance couples, will qualify, one entry per discipline per country, from countries that did not qualify anyone in that discipline at Worlds, based on each country's best finish in that discipline at the Nebelhorn Trophy later this year. I say "at least" because if a country cannot fill all of its spots because of the minimum qualifying score rule, the additional spots will be filled from Nebelhorn as well.

Here are the current Top 20 countries in the team qualifying:

Men Pairs Ladies Dance Total "A"
Canada 1200 972 574 1080 3826
USA 638 517 787 1200 3142
Russia 222 1200 517 972 2911
Italy 74 465 1080 875 2494
France 517 574 418 709 2218
Germany 418 1080 180 465 2143
China 275 787 638 362 2062
Japan 875 0 972 162 2009
* South Korea 156 0 1200 68 1424
Spain 972 0 131 180 1283
* Kazakhstan 1080 0 0 0 1080
Ukraine 118 293 275 305 991
Great Britain 0 275 162 339 776
Estonia 131 0 247 293 671
* Australia 102 0 146 402 650
* Czech Rep 465 0 0 146 611
* Austria 162 237 106 83 588
* Uzbekistan 247 0 0 325 572
* Belarus 237 214 0 74 525
Sweden 200 0 305 0 505

* indicates that they have not qualified in two or more disciplines, which is required to be eligible for the team competition; they can still earn a spot in those disciplines at Nebelhorn

Looks like Chuckie isn't the only one who doesn't bother reading the
current International Skating Union rules. Apparently, there's some
one-time rule that says that if you are in the Short Program but not
the Free Skate, you count 18 for 2014 qualifying, and if you do but
finish 17th or worse, you count 16.

If this is true, this gives Kazakhstan 2 + 18 = 20 places, and Czech
Republic 10 + 16 = 26, giving both countries a second men's entry, and
Ukraine and Denmark do not get any.

Here is the official list of figure skating qualifiers so far for the International Olympic Committee's 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, as posted by the International Skating Union:

The four columns of numbers are:
(a) Best finish in that event
(b) Second-best finish in that event, if the country had two;
(c) Combined places of the best two finishers;
(d) Qualifiers for the Olympics
16* means that the skater/pair finished worse than 16th, but was in the final 24, so is counted as finishing 16th for Olympics qualifying purposes
