Little problem Dick! Now that you are in power, you have to perform! If
the american people (many of them voted for center right democrats, not
knowing that the leadership will be HARD LEFT) think you are doing a good
job and carrying their agenda forward, you'll get another two years. If
not, republicans are back in charge. That is called a election.

Last week, we found out that power is not birth right. And it seems that
the left has already forgot that lesson.

Look at many of the libs posting. In concise "WE GOT THE MAJORITY BACK
AND DEMOCRATS ARE NEVER GONNA LOSE IT AGAIN, NO MATTER WHAT WE DO!"

that's the thinking that made us lose. The republicans spent too much,
increased the size of government too much, that is not why we elected them.
And dems with sunsetting tax cuts, impeachemnt talk, talk of Charlas Rangal
wanting to impose a new 15% payroll tax to pay for a new medicare scheme
(Hilary care part 2) which would be the biggest government entitlement
program (taking over 1/8th of the american economy), and the biggest
government grab of power ever!

The american people don't want that. I've said all along, republicans are
not doing well, but DEMOCRATS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! Now I'm going to be
proven right!

[Not that I believe you actually pay any taxes, but] By "federally
funded boondoggle," are you referring to Iraq? The very probable war of
aggression against Iran? and North Korea? And maybe a few of the Stans?
The decades-long war of aggression against pot smokers? The faith-based
waste? The keystone kops' TSA? The new computer programs [costing
billions] which will never work as intended? The ginormous costs for
wire-tapping? for increased data storage, and/or the costs to replace
all of the data They collect and then lose? The "homeland security"
billions, especially those being thrown at little podunk towns? There's
something very disarming about your willful ignorance, Syvyn, so it's
as difficult to be angry with you as it is to take you seriously, but
-- seriously. You behave as though the republicans are your favourite
football team, and are WAY too personally invested in their wins and
losses. What matters is the "goddamned piece of paper." Lose that, and
America is just another plot of land...Rb

WE lost and we are over it. Now it's planning for 2008. The fact
about the 'kids' blast is that kids are not serious. The democrats are
not serious about the mandate the voters gave them. Pelosi and the rest of
the leadership thinks it's about solely to get out of Iraq, while exit
polling says there are a variaty of issues that the dems never had a history
about dealing with, like cutting spending and reducing the size of
government.

You're angry that democrats might behave as republicans? Dubya
considers "no child left behind" his signature piece, so don't go
slinging "Ted Kennedy" distractions. And I'm guessing you're on the
medicare/medicaid train. If democrats made sure there was just enough
money for you but not one penny for anyone else, would they be okay in
your book?

While the cons think any problem can be fixed just by throwing bombs at
it...

You say that the cons "always do what's right." Their behaviour after
911 was much like a man who gets beaned from behind, wakes up a few
minutes later not knowing whom to blame, so he goes home, punches his
wife and kicks the dog. 'Cause SOMEbody's gonna pay!

You say that our war of aggression is "protecting our freedom." But you
express animosity toward anyone who would dare use even a fraction of
the freedoms we claim, and seem to have neither understanding of nor
use for the American Constitution. I'll refrain from pointed comment
regarding the fact that you also exhibit no understanding of what it
would be like to live in a war zone, and consider human beings
"expendable" should they have been born anywhere but on American soil
[preferably of "American" parents]...Rb

Bubba, it was republicans that were behaving like democrats. All about
the pork. NCLB was co-writen by Teddy-boy, as Bush's misguided attempt to
gain peace with the Dems. Dems don't want peace with the republicans, they
want victory.

I am neither on Medicare or mediacade. But I think the private sector is
always the better solution than anything the government could come up with.
(see wal-mart's $4 program, that's gonna save real money for people.)
That would provide solutions for everybody.

Nutjob, the Taliban was in Afganistan. And the Bush doctrine is good, you
help a terrorist, you are as guilty as a terrorist.

=================
Bullshit ... Medicare is the most efficient insurance program --- bar none.

Less than 2% of the money going into Medicare goes to overhead. No
private insurance company can even come close. Medicare doesn't have
multi-million dollar executive salaries with golden parachutes.

Medicare doesn't send sales representatives to your home to sign you up
( many private insurance companies do ). These sales people draw
salaries and expenses.

All private insurance companies have HUGE overhead. They probably payout
less than 60% of the money they get in premiums.

This is a clear proof of your error. Government can ... and does ... run
some things far better than private companies can.

Too lazy then? Okay since I am feeling generous....

Why Impeachement is a folly!

First, getting the Judicary committee to get articles of impeachment out to
the floor of the house and the actual impeachment itself would be the
easiest parts, only simple majorities are needed. Now the fun starts
when the Dems have to gather House Managers to bring charges to President
Bush to the Senate. Who can be these HMs, they would have to be among the
best and bightest? Well, there is Coyners, Haystenings, Rangel, Waxman,
Murtha (no-brainer there), Jesse Jackson jr. and to give love to the
freshmen, former harvard law student, former newspaper editor, and my new
congressman in KY3, JOHN YARMUTH (trust me on this, this jackoff will be
quickly your favorite congressman, calls himself louisville's favorite
liberal, he will be Pelosi's surest vote on every liberal whacked out shit
she wants passed, I mean he's a true believer. He will also be the worst
congressman (in terms of effectiveness).). These managers have to go into
the Senate and prove a case in front of a jury of 100 senators, with the
CJOTSCOTUS (cheif justice of the supreme court of the united states) as
judge (remember who appointed him? And YES: THE FIX IS IN!) , and that the
president will have his lawyers on his side. Then you have not only have
all 50 dem senators to vote for removal from office (I'm not counting Joe
Liberman in that, he wants nothing with dem fantasies) but also flip 17
republican senators onto your side. But if you think you can do it, go
ahead.

And IF you remove Bush, Chenney becomes president and selects a VP due to
the constitution, that leaves Nancy Peolosi out in the cold. And if you
want to impeach him too, then the american people (who you don't respect)
will see this as nothing more than political payback and the backlash will
be deafening.

But if you think you can do it, go ahead.

I have posted it several times in the Rushlimbaugh newsgroups. It
wouldn't be hard to find. But what I said was in this most recent post.
I have given the same reasons there as well as here.

Dems ran as moderates. But it's ultra liberal Nancy Pelosi as speaker.
Hoyster as majority leader. Conyers as judicary chair. Rangal as
chairman of the ways and means committee. Haysettings as chairman of the
intelengence committee (bypassing ranking democrat Jane Harmon, because she
is a rival of Pelosi's and she was against pulling out). They ran as
moderate, but the liberals are in charge. That's disrespecting the
voters.'

Then I have no clue what you want. What I posted has been the same thing
when you libs fawn over the fantasy of impeachment, that was my answer then,
this is my answer now. It has never (other than new members) changed in
two years. And what's more, I'M RIGHT!! Impeachment is a fantasy and
a political nightmare for the dems.

That was my answer, if you don't like it, that is your problem.

I dont expect much. Iraq is a no-win situation, and what will happen is, no
matter what course of action is chosen, something will go wrong, and then
the Dems in power will of course, blame Bush.

thats the ticket with politicians. Its amazing. Its ALWAYS SOMEBODY ELSE'S

Unfortunately, you don't support true conservatism. These republicans have
bastardized conservatism to fit their own needs. True, conservatism is not
bad! It's like true communism, *in theory* could be good but, the Soviet
style communism was a complete bastardization.

The american people voted for lower spending and reduction of government,
you can read the articles at www.hughhewitt.townhall.com and find out for
yourself. But for leadership you have the hard left, tax and spend
liberals that polute the party. I mean Chuckie Rangel as chairman of the
Ways and Means committee? The tired old commie bastard has never met a
tax he didn't want to raise.

And let's see about Ms. Pelosi's vow for 'the most ethical and honest'
congress ever. So she nominates Jack Murtha for Majority leader, he
doesn't get it but he will lead appropiations, no ethics problems there.
And Alceed Haystings for foriegn intel comittee? One of about 10 judges
impeached by the congress and removed, no ethics problems there. And how
about William Jefferson from LA? And his $90,000 he used military
resources to retrive from Hurricane Katrina? I guess that shit doesn't
bother you.

Just like a neutered dog, you just not get it! You have the power, now
you must stand and deliver, if your agenda is supported by the american
people you will recive another two years in power, if not the VOTERS (who
you don't respect if they don't vote correctly) will vote republican. We
thought we would just keep power, we were wrong, if you think that power
will be your birthright, you will lose one day too. Think about it!

impeachment (it is still in the mix for bills to be called to the floor of
the house), and I'll stop saying it's a bad idea. But the thing is that
dems say things that they don't believe. Trust, but verify. and the
dems don't ferry much trust.

Sorry, Dick. Power is yours by birthright, you can do anything you little

John Yarmuth is our new congressman, a real liberal asshat. Trust me you
will love him. He's for getting out of iraq, NOW!, for higher taxes on
$50,000/yr, higher taxes on SUV's (fuddie will love him for that alone), a
single payer health care system, higher minimum wage. Every liberal
talking point he is for. And he is a two faced liar.

Our former congresswoman, Anne Northup fought for years to start building
two bridges in Louisville, one in the east end to connect with Indiana Clark
Maritime (to close the 264 loop) with prospect, Ky, and one to be built
downtown. For years, Yarmuth was part of a group called 'river fields'
who fought against a east end bridge, not for enviormental concerns, but the
fact that it would lower these ivory tower liberals real estate values (not
to mention land where Yarmuth wanted to build a golf course in the area).
While running, Yarmuth said he was for two bridges, east end and downtown,
but when elected he said the NEXT FUCKING DAY, that money would have to be
remove for one bridge, and if he had any say, it would be the east end
bridge. Never mind they have started the ground work to dig tunnels to
it.

So he's for everything that Ms. Pelosi is for and he is a liar. You're wet
dream.
