"The worse part about the Yankees losing, is we can't watch the Yankees
lose anymore." --Dave Hodge on TSN
Hey.. herman's Head was pretty cool. Seinfeld, onthe other hand, often
bored me when I saw it. Though the funny one was when they met this hot
chick who was on the way to some Nazi rally and played along because
they thought she was hot...

Proving the exact opposite of your point, Dude. Herman's Head *must*
come out on DVD. Soon. Or else.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.
I'm still keeping my eyes peeled for "The Kids From C.A.P.E.R"....r

Actually, I thought all the seasons had already come out on DVD...

The trouble with American journalism, in short, isn't that it's too
skeptical, but that it's too willing to throw skepticism to the wind when
it suits the agenda of proclaiming every war a Vietnam and every
Republican president a Nixon.
ahem it relates to me. I never understood the Seinfeld thing
when it was supposed to be the thing ....and I certainly dont
care about dvds from an era long gone. Note that all of the
cast members have been dismal failures out on their own.
As for Jerry himself ....his stand up isnt funny.period.

Now there's an unexpected PS-related refence. Nice.

Julia L-D winning an Emmy doesn't quite consistute a "dismal failure."
I was tossing up a softball on that one brah :+)

the show sucks. lamest sitcom I've seen in years. well, perhaps the partial
episode of Til Death that I saw was worse, but I can't belive Christine is
still on the air.
And again, immaterial to "nothing"'s claim that "all of the cast

Donny, stop following me around!!
HH was funnier than Sienfelds boring 1 liners and Richards stumbling
antics..his must have fallen off his feet 3 times in each show. That got old
quick but the media just kept telling everyone to laugh.

I have never watched even one episode of this show. So it is not
relevant to many Americans.

Which one?

So what you do or don't do is the benchmark of what is relevant to "many
Americans"?
If Seinfeld sucks what do you consider a good sitcom?
One is reminded of the three philosophers crossing Kansas by train who spot a
black sheep in the surrounding countryside:
First philosopher: "I observe that the sheep in this part of Kansas are black."
Second philosopher: "No, that's just an inference. I observe that *one* sheep
in Kansas is black."
Third philosopher: "That's an inference too. I observe that there is one sheep
in Kansas that is black on the side facing the railroad tracks."

As if the obligatory Nazi reference weren't enough to tell you he has
nothing of value to say?

It is simply breathtaking to watch the glee and abandon with which
the liberal media and the Angry Left have been attempting to turn
our military victory in Iraq into a second Vietnam quagmire. Too bad
for them, it's failing.
