Oh, I like it, thank you for sharing.

But I'm no wiser as to what an Alienist class might be, but then I don't
even know what a prestige class is either (I do HeroQuest these days).

Well, IIRC, back in the early 20th century, an alienist is what we
would now call a psychiatrist.

My copy of the 2nd College Ed. of the American Heritage Dictionary
states that it is a legal term: "A physician who has been accepted by a
court as an expert on the mental competence of principals or witnesses
appearing before it."

Apparently the term is used to mean something quite different here...

In D&D, an Alienist is a mage who is an expert at summoning tentacled terrors from beyond. It's basically D&D's answer for those longing to play Call of Cthulhu, but are stuck playing D&D.   : )

You're right about back in Ye Olde days about an Alienist being a psychiatrist, so that makes it a bit confusing.

The tentacles look so nice in that picture. Sensuous tentacles....oh I want
some. To bad they just don't have an Old Ones dating service. ;)

Thanks! Yes, I was going for sensual. I describe her in my character write up as " An intelligent, voluptuous, raven haired, strong willed, tentacled xenophiliac wanton sex goddess." : )

She used to have normal hair until "the change" occurred, as shown here:
