I have a very old sewing machine that has been passed down from my
grandmother.
It is a universal sewing machine. It runs great and everything but I can
not
figure out how to thread the bottom bobin. I have called all the sewing
machine
places in my area and no one can get a manual for it. Does anyone know
where I
can find one on the internet?

Assuming you mean "Universal Sewing Machine" (but you'll
need the model number), just google it:

I have a rather old universal machine I guess it all depends if they are
about the same model but here's how I do it...
to thread the bobin you have to take the bobin out of the bottom and
there is a peg over by the wheel, put it on there. Take the thread and put
it on the peg by the reverse switch and guide it around the 'guide'
(little wheel thing) that is to the right, then wrap it around the bobin
and press the foot thing down above the bobin. Mine says push, I think.
then press the "knee feed" I have the manual for mine.
