Need help with fabric choice

I'm trying to find fabrics to make nightgowns/pajamas but can't seem
to locate the ones I want. Does anyone know internet search terms or
better yet, where I could find Karen Neuberger or Carole Hochman-like
pajama fabric? It's a very soft cotton or maybe a cotton/poly blend.
I'm a novice and I'm not sure. Help!

I like my nighties made of TRICOT [ cotton ] try and google that ,,
it is the material T shirts are made off as well ,, it is strechy ,
light easy washable ,
i do recommend it from my heart .
Another good choice might be `Indian Cotton` it is a crumbled sort
of cotton ,,
