Shining Force is out in the US. Picked up my copy late last week and I'm
enjoying it tremendously.

Do those people that bought Ecco CD recommend buying it even if you already
own an Ecco cart?

Sell the cart. Get the CD. Better BGM. More levels. And, of course, cheaper.
