Phrase to help your confidence

Hey everyone,

I have a phrase that I use that has always helped my self confidence
out a bit. Of course it's different for everyone, but it won't hurt
to give it a shot and see if it helps you out. It also helps in other
situations, not just with the ladies.

I tell myself "go play". I'm sure some are chuckling thinking "heh, go
play with yourself" :) But hear me out. Before I start the day I tell
myself that, and also when I see a hottie I'm going to start
patterning.

So when I see a hottie, I tell myself "go play". It lets me know to
relax, remember that life is like a big game, and to have fun with it.
Don't take it to seriously, have fun with it, etc.

I also combine it with a physical anchor. I'll put my index finger and
middle finger together. Then I'll repeat to myself "I am the MAN, the
dominant one, not women, I am not afraid", etc. (pretty much what it
says in the Alpha/Dominant section of fastseduction.com
(http://www.fastseduction.com/guide/01_The_Basic_Rules/alphamale.shtml)).

Then when I see a woman I'm going to pattern, I tell myself "go play",
call up my anchor and away I go.

It also helps say before your going to go talk to your manager about a
raise or problem, and countless other situations.

And if that doesn't work, Sarge, you can try "go gay". You can use this if
the hottie rejects you then you can take solace in finding love with a man.

Its also nice to hear someone talk about anchors. People seem to forget
about them. They forget how wonderful they work.

Damn right. :) It's funny when I see other sites that are on the same
topic, but charge. You just can't beat FS's content.

Agreed, you'd think you would hear about them more.

Anchors are probably one of the most powerful tools in the seduction
kit. In seconds you can remind yourself of so many important tips,
advice, and so on.

btw, like the name.
