need a advice what's in order not to be a wuss

I'm the begining player and I need some advice, becouse I don't want to fuck
up the situation. So it was some time ago I met this girl, we had good
connection but I lost her number (which was really good for me, lol). Last
Tuesday I met her again at the party, and I could feel she was very
attracted to me, so I built as much social value as I could, and finally she
told me: "call me and we will set up the meeting". The next day she sent me
a message asking what I'm doing becouse she (and her friends) didn't know
where to go to the party. I responded "Oh, please not today, I'm in the
place where nobody knows me, and nobody can't find me, I will call you. " -
I just wanted make her missing me. So two days after, I called her and I
told her I'm in the train station I'm leaving but when I will be back I
would give her a sign (to make her courios about what I'm doing - and it was
really truth - I was out :) So today I send her I message that was not for
her (it was planned mistake) in order she not forget about me :)) Now, my
problem is: I can (and I want) invite her to special kind of meeting - not a
date (about the Spanish cooking), which is very good I think (and I can
improve my social value there), but what I know is that she is really busy
at this time (I don't know if she will be able to leave her things and come
to the party). I invented something like this: "You can't come??? OK, so
call me this weekend when you have a time and we will meet, OK???" But it
sounds wussy for me, and the last thing I want to do is being a wuss. On the
other hand I can wait till next Tuesday and go to the party I expect she
will be there, but I'm afraid it will be dificult to isolate her from her
friends. So what should I do????
BTW: I'm not very interested in long-time relationship with her, I'd rather
make her chasing me, which I love :)))
I appreciate any kind of advice.

So, you would rather have her miss you than you be with her and nailing it?
