Already been done, and the founders are looking to set up an eggdrop
on a dedicated server, to act as a control/maintenance bot.

Interested?

Why not visit and start one then?

I have had some very interesting discussions and Q/A sessions in there.

There's plenty of seduction related conversation. In fact we've tried
to help YOU, DRSQUARE, numerous times, but you consistantly act like an
ass in return. So much so that you got put on the autokick list
yesterday by one of the ops.

Jack,

OK, I've downloaded the eggdrop thing and will probably install it and
get it going soon but I guess I need to have a username for it that has
ops status or something, right? Should I just create a new name for it
and then e-mail you when I've got it going? I feel kinda stupid not
knowing a lot about this IRC stuff...

Worry not, Jay. I'd suggest calling it something indicative of the
spirit of the channel. How about calling it "PU-Bot" or something
to that effect?

We'll need to know who has SOp and AOp status to put them into the
thing, and we'll also need to have the password of the bot itself
limited to a VERY few people.

Get it going, and drop me a note.

How about BouncerBot?
After all, the bot isn't there to pick anyone up, its there to bounce people
;-)
But I think the alliteration is the best reason.

drsquare... we made fun of you AFTER you thouroughly demonstrated what a
complete jackass you are. As for you being a virgin, that's the first
I've heard tell of that little factoid.

It's very effective. It stops you from being an ass. Either by keeping
you out or keeping you quiet so when you do get back in you don't give
yourself away and booted right out. VERY effective.

Except today... you acted like an ass again and gave yourself away.
Only reason you didn't get booted was because chanserv wasn't working
right - Billy_Bunter.

I've been to #PUA on Dalnet, and honestly... I wasn't impressed. After
idling
only a few min (while reading a site a person there directed me to) I was
kicked,
The kick message said he didn't like a reply to one of the CTCP's the dude
sent
me. When I messaged the guy, he said it was because I was idling and idlers
are what killed the other PUA channel on Dalnet.

I have been on IRC for a very long time now, I even own a channel on another
network. Now, I personally have noticed that the more ppl are in a channel...
the
more people will stay. Even if they're not talking (e.g. Bots).

I think that a few of the ops are just power hungry kids who take IRC way
to seriously, and If anyone wants to start another IRC channel for the "arts"
(perhaps on another network) let me know. I'll gladly support any channel
that
doesn't kick people for stupid reasons.

#ASF-mIRC

I don't agree or disagree with drsquare or icerigger, I have no opionion
regarding their current argument. I just wanted to make people aware,
for those who don't know about it, that there is a new channel
available. For people who don't know how to get on IRC chat and connect
to the above chat channel, there are instructions at:
