YES, boys n girlz, it's that date and time again, we do it every
year (alot of us do it twice a day), but here all us big bad RICO
villains can band together for two good laughs, AM/PM. Just follow
the below instructions, the time zones needs to be represented all
over the globe, so let's all do our part, knowing that everytime
grp-ie sees a clock, he'll panic if it's 11:11 or not, and YOU KNOW
he'll be counting down the seconds every 11:10:50 AM & PM. Ready ?

------------------------------------

(for those of you off drugs, 11:11 (AM or PM, in any time zone) is the OFFICAL
"ray-ality" time zone. U see 11:11 (digital or analog..it takes time, but
you look forward to it)....and all us big bad RICO villains can stop, laugh,
& KNOW that elsewhere on this planet, others RIGHT NOW are also laughing..)

ANYONE who has ever laughed at Gordon Roy Parker (AKA Ray Gordon) can join in !

Set ya cell phone for it..call yer friends.. Do it via an Atomic Clock
setting for EST, and it's like lining up all da planets.. I am Jupiter..

Does this mean that all 17 of the people that have looked at gordie's blog
are invited? But wait, some people have looked more than once, so does that
mean that there are only about ten people, or less? Could be......LOL

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA sorry, pre 11:11 jitters..

Of course, ANYONE can join in. I've received at least 30 emails
from folks BEFORE I posted this REMINDING *ME* of the moments(s).

But let's do the math on grp-ie's blog. I've looked at it once, Fuz
has too. That's 2. I'd guess that at least 8 others have looked at
it a few times, but let's just say each once. Then you have to count
at least 5 asswipes who look at EVERY blog. Here we have 15 at least.

and the count is 17? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA (sorry again)

Parker, being the "..inexcusable failure.." of a child molesting, hate
monging, loser of a TV faggot who DEMANDS to kill himself over it all,
has at LEAST checked things about 4 times..maybe looked to see if the
numbers have grown. So that explains ALL the 17. Even if you exempt
grp-ie's checks, it's no contest. Parker has failed again!

I expected nothing less from grp-ie..

Will the planet shake at 11:11 (both AM n PM) when we all laugh?

I'd guess so. grp-ie will wet his (Spidey) under roos twice today..

..at least...

It appears also that another of his "get rich quick" schemes is collapsing.
He thought that the USCF was going to win this lawsuit for him, and all he
would have to do is walk in and pick up the peices. However that hope is
ending, because they are going to settle the case. And poor gordie will be
all alone.

Real lawsuits are expensive, experts cost money, and mediators. He will
almost certainly be ordered into mediation prior to trial. Perhaps he
should examine the fee schedule for the AAA, and see how much his deposits
will be. He has to pay half of them, UP FRONT. Expert witness fees, and
just witness fees, people don't appear in civil cases without compensation,
typically up front. He will certainly have to have an Economist to prove
his "damages" or he might as well just forget it. Damages are what lawsuits
are all about. In Federal Court, being ordered into Mediation is almost pro
forma.

gordie can't even pay the copying fees, much less any of these other costs.
This is why K00ks00ts don't really ever get past this point in reality (as
opposed to rayality) and those who file them never end up with anything but
another dismal failure and egg on their face. gordie knows this, he's
failed so often that he's very used to it. I'm pretty sure that the Eastern
District of Pa is totally sick of him abusing the system, and if anyone from
the USCF were to ask for Prefiling Restrictions, it would probably be
granted. Oh he will appeal, but that hasn't done him much good so far and
it never will.

The cold fact is that he does not have the financial ability to fund a real
lawsuit. There is far more to it than the filing fees, which can be
waived. Some of them can be a financial drain for years, and he will have
to have some legal help or the real lawyers will eat him alive in
Depositions, copy fees, mailing costs, witness fees, and the biggie,
Arbitrator fees. Not even to mention wagging his fat ass all over the
country for depositions. Who does he think is going to pay the traveling
costs for Mottershead and the others?

The AAA charges huge fees for their Arbitrators, and of course until the
fees are paid, there is no hearing. And it's amazing how many reasons they
can find to boost their fees, poverty doesn't work with them. They don't
care how broke you are, no money, no hearing.'

gordie will have to state the amount of his claim, the last AAA mediation I
went to, a half million dollar claim cost $15,000 in fees and costs, for
each party. Good luck getting them to waive the fees, the costs of the
Arbitrator, the cost of the room (typically an attorney conference room),
and the other fees as they direct. The parties really have no choice, no
pay, no play. The real winners in any lawsuit is the system. And don't
think that getting a judgment is the end of it either. If you don't know
how to collect it, you will never get a penny.

So no M(B)illions once again for gordie. Just another abject and miserable
failure......
