Potential new libel/defamation defense

To all the past and future victims of k00ks00t libel/defamation actions.
The Canadian Supreme Court, in a well reasoned opinion has created a new
defense for libel that would translate well into the US Courts.

Theoretically, a website like say Ray-Gordon.com, if put up for the purpose
of educating the public about a serial litigant, could be safe from legal
challenge for Defamation/libel, from serial litigant who might otherwise
object to the content on those grounds. It would already be safe from a
DMCA takedown, because it does not contain copyright material. Anyone who
takes such a website down with an imporoper takedown notice, has to pay to
have it put back up.

Let the serial litigants choke on this.....
