ArpON (Arp handler inspectiON) is a portable Arp handler.
It Detects and Blocks all ARP Poisoning/Spoofing attacks with
Static Arp Inspection (SARPI) and Dynamic Arp Inspection (DARPI)
approach on switched/hubbed LAN with/without DHCP protocol.
Important to note, it doesn't compromise the ARP protocol
performances.

Dear Andrea-
Let me begin by saying that I haven't looked at your code at all, but I
do have a question if I could.
When you say that it provides security for ARP, are you saying that this
protects your switched network from arp poisoning or that it is
protecting an individual host from being poisoned?
