News of recent scan / pat down checks etc forced me to post again
with more details and inviting others to comment on the proposed
change on the public forum.

to *avoid* the issues listed.
Conversely Cashless Economy is the application which will eliminate
the digital/communication divide which is being talked for a long
time.
Complete Multimedia Recording addresses the issues of complex (never
ending amendments) laws, white collar terrorism and other issues which
are not solved in cashless economy.

persons/office, and some venture capitalists also to evaluate this and
voice their opinion. I am sending them it as separate email, as some
