Refer the above posting. Within few hours of above posting US
President went on surprise visit to Afghanistan.
I have been spied like anything. Refer the below case details. In
whish Judge gave the judgement of eviction. It is being favoured by
Khosla Ventures (Obama's friend) and US President.
During my stay in the apt when I viewed the above link on my mobile
then with 8~10 days Bin Laden was dead. I suspect someone knew about
him earlier very well.
I am being tracked and cornered like anything. US President to clarify
on this matter.

Sir/ Madam, (1) In
my opinion this case of unlawful detainer case is unique and it has
links to powerful influential persons. Therefore I request you to go
through following text to get complete picture and possible further
actions as requested by me. <end P1>

prize is in the sole discretion of the awarding organisation, yet
nobel peace prize to US President in 09 is not clear. He was awarded
it for diplomacy within a year after becoming President. I sent my
slide set on Cashless Economy to Khosla Ventures in 07. When I posted
it on alt.security.terrorism usenet group on NOV-28-10, US President
went on surprise trip to Afghanistan within hours. Moreover
outstanding work of nobel winners is well known in advance. I posted
on ie...@ietf.org list with Khosla Ventures and Nobel included on
JUL-12-11 and JUL-15-11, but both of them did not deny misuse of slide

safety> . One Fire Inspector came. He

fire sprinklers and verify. He did not do so.and asked me talk to
apartment management. None of them took the fire sprinklers out and

Fire sprinklers personnel hired by apartment management replaced all
the sprinklers in my apartment. One person of the team commented all

Fire horn was tested. (3.1.E4)
3 days after earlier event <specific dates removed> Fire horns were
inspected again. This time paint over the fire alarm/ horn was
scratched and sticker was attached. <end P4>

during talk with my in-laws and wife (at that time) in India, I hinted
with 'under microscope' over skype. (3.1.E6) 1 day after earlier
event, notice is given
for fire alarm and fire sprinklers system inspection after 12 days
anytime in a week. Now reasons for suspected compromise: (3.2.R1) What
is
the reason for not taking due care of fire sprinklers and horn before
renting ? (3.2.R2) How a person from the team knew before hand to
replace all of the sprinklers ? (3.2.R3) Why the horn was not tested
on earlier? (3.2.R4) Why paint was not scratched and sticker not

reason for notice after the talk? (3.2.R6) No written replies from
apartment management regarding security issues ? (3.2.R7) Whatever I
do in general within my apartment is known to outside people like
whether I am eating bread or rice ? (3.2.R8) There is nothing else
visible to track my activities in the apartment. (3.2.R9) Sprinklers
are in the center of roof generally. (3.2.R10) There are small holes
in the roof of bedroom also. (3.2.R11) There are 9 fire sprinklers in
one bed room apartment (excluding storage area outside). They are in
closets also except one which has multiple shelves where one cannot
sit and do something. This closet has more wood. <end P6>

reporting to FBI, only one pre scheduled maintenance activity for fire
sprinklers is done. FBI was told 3.1.E1 to 3.1.E6 and 3.2.R1 to
3.2.R10 but they did not took the case. (4) I am tracked as things
coming to my apartment are compromised. I suspect smart phone,
cellular internet connecting device, my own encrypted video recording
system, netbooks are compromised. Everyone around me is compromised/
pressurized due to persons in para (2). Burglary also happened when I
went out for walking. During the walking also things are planted also
inside the apartment. <end P7>

traceability, I am not able to get proper legal advice in time, since
I started working on Cashless Economy. Patent Attorneys, Attorney for
domestic violence case, Attorney for this unlawful detainer case did
not provide proper legal advice and process information with time
limits. Attorney kept me in dark for filing amendment to answer and
request for jury trial / representation issue as said in earlier note.
Domestic violence case was dismissed. In that duration of audio
recordings presented in the court did not match with the duration of
cop at home. <end P8>
<Begin P9> <Case Specific Information Removed> (6) Due to fear of loss
of suspected evidence, I am not able to move out of apartment. Due to
this I could not go out and get a cashiers check for rent. I only
followed up with apartment management for unpaid rent. Then they
issued pay rent or quit notice. They told me (off the record) that one
PC was showing rent is paid while other was showing unpaid. But
earlier they have been prompt and correct. I was requesting them for a
long to provide permission to share my suspicion about fire sprinklers
with others so that I can get opinion of panel of experts of fire
sprinklers. I told them due to this I am not able move out and will
not be able to pay rent in time. They gave permission on <date
removed> and on
<within 2 days> they had attorney to prepare the unlawful detainer

apartment with finger/ foot print experts, media persons, TV portable,
AM/FM battery operated radio, complete multimedia recordings with
encrypted time stamped video, cellular internet connecting device and
fire sprinklers expert; and they capture each and every thing. As
suspected compromised video recorder in para (4), evidence
manipulation of para (5) and linkage to influential persons of para
(2), I request LIVE BROADCAST of procedings. <end P10>

oblige me by order as in para (7), if that is not possible then please
issue an order for law enforcement agency to hand over fire sprinklers
by keeping finger prints intact in a sealed envelope to me in complete
multimedia recordings with encrypted time stamped video with LIVE
BROADCAST. I will get them examined by private panel of fire
sprinklers experts when traceability issue is fixed. I will bear the
cost of replacement of fire sprinklers. <end P11>

defer the decision of para (7) and (8) till the jury trial, then
please issue an order for law enforcement agency to deliver the
grocery at my apartment. I will pay for their charges. Due to
experiences of para (4), I request you to do so to avoid adulterated
food items coming to my apartment. Please refer para (10) also. (10)
Earlier I have been given medicines without my knowledge in the food
for suspicion near the important patent deadlines to keep me sleepy.
If I come out of apartment and fire sprinklers are changed then It
will be used as evidence of suspicion. Therefore please help me as
requested in para (7), (8) and (9). <end P12>

described above, I request you to allow me not to appear in the court
till fire sprinkler issue is taken care of as in para (7), (8) and
(9). If before the jury trial you want me to appear in the court for

decide to issue eviction order due to non appearance in the court on
