The hypocrites in CHA (and they're a relatively small number) will allow
you to post anything as long as you've got a history of "helpful and
topical responses". They're also the first ones to "jump into" any
thread in which I make a response to Robert (even if all it is, is a
simple question).

Before clicking on any post you should note the number of lines
in the post. That's a holdover from the old days when 300-Baud
modems were considered fast.
Several of the major search engines, including Google, spider
USENET posts as well as the WWW, looking for links to various
websites. These are catalogued and can affect a website's
placement within "content match" search results.
For example, suppose someone is looking for "Extreme CCTV". I
have ~6,000 pages related to Extreme CCTV on my website. By
listing them all periodically, say once a week in several
appropriate newsgroups I let Google know that there is a lot of
information on my site matching the search term, "Extreme CCTV".
Take this one step further. I list something on the order of
2,000 CCTV camera models on my website. If someone searches for
CCTV cameras, I stand a better chance of being among the early
content match responses than someone who doesn't make occasional
PR posts. This is a process. It's nowhere near done yet. It
can take six months or more for the content matching to take
affect.
The other side of this is that a few members of the IB questioned
the veracity of my earlier post wherein I mentioned the scope of
my website. I thought they might like to read a few of the
pages. :^)
www.BassBurglarAlarms.com is indeed one of the largest DIY
websites in the security industry. The site design involves both
brief and detailed pages for each product, plus category type,
category and sub-category pages for various product groups.
I'm planning to add over 30,000 new products this year. By this
time next year there should be somewhere between 120,000 and
150,000 pages in each of my websites.

No on "questions" the scope of your bullshit. It's just not appreciated

I guess that is his version of kicks and giggles. Luckily I saw the size of

Nah, I am sure, after learning here in recent posts, that there is
something called "monkey shit". I am sure he can find plenty where he is at.
He will figure that is cheaper than RTV.

I'm glad you chose this as part of your sig line, Robert. You've gotta
be one of the stupidest people I've ever met so this makes for an
excellent introduction.
Well then thanks for the bump. Unleeessss, you're on the list too....dang.

Well, you've got to give the man credit. It isn't often that someone not
only admits to being a selfish, inconsiderate asshole, and then brags about

That is correct. You don't get "questioned by the FAA" to
receive your medical. You also don't get "questioned by the FAA"
to receive your solo endorsement. In fact, many pilots aren't
even "questioned by the FAA" to receive their license. Of
course, you wouldn't know about that, would you?

**Wrong, ALL pilots are questioned by the FAA to receive thiner license.**
Never been on a check-ride eh? Oh well, since you NEVER held a license
(other than student) , you wouldn't know.
On my check ride, (and all other pilots) there were many questions, like
"Okay, the engine failed, what are you going to do?" and "How are you
going to fly via VOR around that restricted airspace?"...
So sad that you must try to act like you have experience things that
only those of us who have the talent have.
> **Wrong, ALL pilots are questioned by the FAA to receive their license.**
Including pilots licensed in Canada who want an American License.
>
> Never been on a check-ride eh? Oh well, since you NEVER held a license

Robert had a student license/permit?? I doubt that. His aeronautical
knowledge is certainly far short of anything even a student pilot would
possess.
>
> On my check ride, (and all other pilots) there were many questions, like
> "Okay, the engine failed, what are you going to do?" and "How are you

The "FAA" usually doesn't ask those kind of questions and they're
usually not physically involved in "check rides". If anyone would be
more familiar with the kind of questions they do ask, it would be Bass
(that is, of course, assuming he even possessed a license or permit
issued under their authority and that his story of the Class "C"
incursion was remotely truthful).
On a side note, I do know that Bass is intimately familiar with the
criminal justice system in the US (particularly Florida).
>

That sentence needs a bit of work. Or is it that you "just can't
type"?? :-)
Yea, that last sentence was a bit off. But I was asked those questions
on my check-ride for my license.
>
> Yea, that last sentence was a bit off. But I was asked those questions

Well, I'm not all that familiar with the intricacies of learning to fly
in the US, but if it's anything at all like it was in Canada "way back"
when I got my licenses, I'm pretty darn sure the guy sitting next to you
during the check-ride wasn't the "FAA". The guy that gave me my
check-rides was certainly not in the direct employ of the Canadian MOT.
He ran the local flying school.

You are wrong, sir. Not all check rides are performed by FAA
employees.
> Never been on a check-ride eh? Oh well, since you NEVER held a license

There's no such thing as a student pilot's license -- only an
endorsement and a medical certificate.
> On my check ride, (and all other pilots) there were many

Again, not all check rides are performed by FAA employees.
> So sad that you must try to act like you have experience

You *claim* to have talent. Whether there is any truth to that
statement remains to be seen.
Olson also claims he snap-rolled a Boeing 737 which he says
Boeing loaned to him and his pals so they could test their
private theory about a Canadian air crash. He has never held a
pilot's license in Canada, the USA or anywhere else.
Tell me you believe that. :^)
BTW, several of my clients are Boeing engineers. One is a
retired Boeing test pilot. When they heard Olson's stupid lie
about doing a *very* sudden inversion in a 737 at 5000 AGL every
one said the same thing. He's lying -- it can't be done. If he
had done so he'd have stained the terrain.
In addition to that, my friends at Boeing also said that the very
idea that Boeing would lend a brand new airliner to an insurance
claims adjuster so he could try to duplicate a crash scenario is
ludicrous.
Here's the best part. Olson originally claimed that they were
planning to deploy reverse thrusters *in the air* to see if doing
so would cause the airplane to suddenly invert -- all of this at
5000 AGL. He didn't know (until I told him) that there's no way
to deploy reverse thrusters on a 737 without weight on the mains.
There's an interlock to prevent some moron from doing just that.
Perhaps Boeing was worried that Olson might someday get a pilot's
license when they designed the airplane. :^)
When I pointed this out he changed his story, claiming they "knew
that all along" but decided that a substitute maneuver --
suddenly applying full rudder in the air -- would be just as
good. He didn't know (also until I told him) that the 737 had a
small design problem with the rudder control system.
Since you claim to know a thing or two about flying, let's see if
you have the integrity to agree that his story is preposterous.
I'm betting you'll dodge the question.
> Olson also claims he snap-rolled a Boeing 737 which he says

Nope. I've never claimed to snap-roll a Boeing 737. Besides, the
obvious "you're lying again", I'll add "Saying so without proof is
misleading and unfair".

Heh... Right... The "ficticious" engineers and pilots rear their heads
again. "Saying so without proof is misleading and unfair."

Wrong again. There's two little switches on the overhead panel that are
marked "reverser over-ride". They're covered switches that are "witness
wired" shut. You have to raise the cover, break the wires to gain
access to the toggles. Ask your "pilot friend".

Thank God you never got yours. Your knowledge of anything aviation
related is about as bad as your knowledge of anything not Napco (and
even that's been proven to be somewhat lacking).
