hi
As with all postulates they eventually must be shown true or false. A
simple thought experiment. Record via super zoom microscope an atom of
hydrogen. The negative electron orbits the positive positron. Play
this tape backwards ad you assume reverse time, except that if like
charges repel in forward time, then they would attract in reverse
time. This implies two agregate charge objects moving away from each
other in reverse time.
So the question is not the arrow of time, but does the reverse time
exsistance ever reach conciousness? do the two poles have any residual
effects on the forward motion half of time? Any theory which predicts
incorrect reversal of electromagnetic effects is wrong.
As a further thoughtfrom an electrical and electronic engineer, not a
physiscist, I= root(-1) is half way between +ve and -ve, and maybe a
quantity k is half way between multiplication and division, as time is
in the denominator of rates of change, the time should not just be
imaginary but also super imaginary (involving k), Then maybe all will
be understood un a higher abstract level. I would not be supprised if
such super complex numbers allowed converting differentiation into
integration, and many other such wonders e.g. non convergent series to
ratios via l'hopitals to another ratio, and back to a convergent
series.

Strictly speaking, tachyons don't exist, since going faster than c
requires more energy than is available in the universe. So anti-tachyons
shouldn't exist either.

An electron and positron going around either other is a pseudo-atom
called "positronium". I understand that that specie has been observed
in an accelerator.

How do you conclude that?

Consciousness has nothing do with it. Scientific truths should be true
even if there is no observer.

None of that makes any sense.
But, about the concept of tachyons, they do not accelerate from subluminal speeds
to over velocity of light, they exist already another side of light-barrier.
Travelling faster than light does not mean that it has more energy than in universe, only reach
the light-barrier requires infinite energy.
