Exxon, Shell and the 10 BIG oil companies,
natural gas and hydrocarbons are a "fossil" fuel.
So this discovery,

President Bush is preparing to push forward a
bill to permit off-shore drilling on Titan.
"What's good for America is good for Titan!".
