If you can receive Astra (E19.2) then you are able to see RT.

I´m watching RT regularly. They offer another view of the
western world ;-)

Hot Bird 13E also carries RT.

The standard UK satellite Astra 2 at 28.5° East should help. Also Astra
1 at 19°East is carrying the signal.
