ProgDVB software as the interface.
Any recommendations on what type of Antenna to use? Any pitfalls with
using the Terk Trk S26? It seems to be the least expensive sold to
the general public. Advantages and disadvantages of using a single
LNB as to a multiple?
Looking for free programming only. Have been to the LyngSat site and
find many satellites to choose from. Any best for Southwest Florida?

Yes, it's way too small and has the wrong LNB's on it, so it won't
work at all for what you described. Other than that, it's fine. :)
There are many FTA forums around and you would be well served by
visiting some of them and reading everything you can about 'true' FTA.
TRUE FTA, not the pirated crap. I know of only 3 sites that cater to the
