I took the unit back first thing this morning and they exchanged it for But the new one wont communicate with my PC via the USB cradle! The first time I plugged it in I got a screen that said connect to PC I was able to open 'my computer' and copy everything from the TT (the Occasionally when I plug the device into my PC I get balloon messages Have I blown the USB port on the TT 720T? I have uninstalled TT Home and reinstalled it. The green light on the cradle is lit so power is getting to the TT720 the TT720 is operating as it does out of the cradle, I can move through yesterday with the other unit when it was in the cradle I couldn't do I can not now see a G: drive in my computer.
