Looking for someone who can assist in accessing GPS RINEX data
(pseudo-ranges etc.) from one or more popular smartphones (iPhone, any
Android device, etc.).

Is there anyone out there that knows how to do that ?

Oscar,

My command of Spanish is just about good enough to read your message,
but nowhere near enough to reply. I apologize if I say something odd
because I didn't understand.

I believe that smartphone GPS receivers do not make carrier phase
measurements. At least I have never heard anyone say that they do.
RINEX is not a different container format for data that could have been
in NMEA or GPX (navigation solutions), but a way to store carrier phase
measurements.
