Can any of Garmin's topos be loaded on any of the Nuvis?

yup - I have the Garmin topo segments for my area loaded on my Nuvi 260 &
255 -
but I never use it.... just did it to see what it looked like.

The GPS can handle 2 map images - the main + a single additional map image -
it has it's main map in one image file,
and ALL others must be totally merged
into a single file called the "supplemental" image file.

Thanks...where do you select which map set you want to view?

I've run the 2008 Topo's on my Nuvi 200, but in my local area they weren't
very accurate. While walking trails in local nature area, it has me more
that 100 yards off. it may have something to do with it trying to keep you
on the roads (it's normal job)
I'm much happier with my etrex Venture HC.

Mine can take three, the main, plus one supplement in main memory and
one on the SD card.
