No sat 91 on Expressvu

Hi guys Bell is no help with this Have a dual tuner receiver when I run the switch test I have no sat 91 on either tuner (1 or 2). When I check the transponders on 91 I only have a signal on the odd ones. I’m using a SW44 and I have another receiver (5100) when I do the switch test its ok both sats come in... more »

What would happen if I plugged the line from my Shaw Direct LNB into a FTA receiver (like an OpenBox S10)? I know I wouldn't get Shaw channels, they're encrypted, but is there anything on their satellites thats FTA?

There doesn't seem to be much going on in this group these days. I'm thinking of trying out FTA programming (the legal kind, no hacks or whatever) but when I look at the channels available on the various satellite listings, I can only see religious programming, pretty much, along with Al Jazeera. Using a Bell dish for a different purpose

I have an Expressvu dish with 2 outputs from the Low noise Amplifier. I know I can acquire a Bell receiver and use it legally or otherwise, but is there a receiver, other then Bell I can connect to it and receive a useful signal? Thanks for the help. John
