Merry Christmas to you too, Oz. I thought about you and your neighbor to
the south in Tasmania recently. I am back at the university and took a
geography course. I didn't know you had so many islands in your neck of the
woods!

How are the wife and kids? Mine aren't kids anymore! <sniff> They grow up
too quick.

Heh heh, You yanks have always lacked an education on anything outside
your borders :)
All good this end, kids are now 22 and 25, Son's flying missions for
our equivalent of your Coast Guard in purpose built Dash 8s, daughter
has graduated with 1st class honors in science, all happy and
healthy.

Yanks are the smelly Americans that live in the northeast. That wouldn't
include me...

We had to do map quizzes and there had to be hundred of Islands I never had
heard of before. I have always known about Fiji, Samoa, Guam, etc.

He sure did move up really fast. I can remember when he was taking flight
lessons! Did your private pilot's certificate?

Nice to hear. I made a national and an international honors society. Not
that I really care, but maybe just another feather for my cap. ;-)
