It was an anonymous remailer post, wasn't it? That means the author will
NEVER be named. Nobody knows for sure and nobody can prove who penned it.
And, it doesn't matter anyway. What matters is how the caballers took the
contents of a known anonymous post, conspiratorially quoted it and
maliciously spread it far and wide in a world-wide forum for the express
purpose of defaming Charles Novins, Esq.'s law practice.
This is call tortious interference with business - a charge that is easy to
prove and highly likely to result in very substantial damages. To the poor

Funny you should mention that. I recently met a lawyer and former judge from
the Plaintiff's home state whom I directed to the case on the Citizen Media
Law site. Apparently he and the others in his firm (which is largish and
active in the Plaintiff's home state) are now following this clusterfsck
with interest, so whoever's been keeping it updated may want to continue
doing so.
While they sympathize with the Plaintiff for having been libeled, I don't
think they're overly impressed by his misplaced vendetta or his writing
ability.

oranges. This mystery bride might have been the egg donor for all anybody
knows and her DNA might match that of one or two of the test tube babies.
Should that turn out to be the case then she definitely has standing when it
comes to a custody dispute.
Novins, on the other hand, has standing already as he is the damaged party
suing those who willfully and with malice aforethought sought to damage his

defendant whether they prevail or not. No lawyer is going to bring a case to
court without any credible evidence. The fact is neither you and anybody
else really knows what Novin's has up his sleeve. I'll put my money on him.
I think there's more about him than meets the eye. I'm thinking this suit
will be a slam dunk for the good barrister. Anybody who has read "Atlas
Shrugged" and has taken the meaning therefrom is a well-grounded and highly
intelligent individual who will run circles around these snot-nosed, liberal
defendants who think they are some sort of 'special' people who can do
anything they feel like doing and not be assigned any responsibility for it.
