Biden and his team has frequently claimed the 19 million jobs number comes from a Moody's Analytics estimate of his plan (watch the video above).
But Moody.s research shows that 16.3 million jobs would be created over the same 10-year period if the government did nothing and didn.t spend the money.
So it is $2.25 trillion for about 2.7 million jobs actually added under the measure, according to Moody's.
