Опрос. Еще немного про расизм

Как мы выяснили, коренные жители Американского
Самоа не получают американское гражданство
автоматически, а должны для этого уехать в какой-нибудь
американский штат, прожить там три месяца и затем
начать процесс натурализации.

Является ли это расизмом ? Можно ли на основании этого
назвать США расистской страной ?

Конечно нет - особенно если учесть,
что такую волокиту с оформлением
ПМЖ упирается в бюрократию, а не
в расовый признак новопоселенцев....
