Even if you were so inclined, he would be dissolving like the dirt he

For now, I'm only getting rid of the most useless of you
twats - Pandora!

I've got to retain you, at least, so I can see how badly
Pandora's suffering because I'm not seeing or replying
to her lame insults. Her sex fantasy life has all of a sudden
lost it's major point of focus.

North Carolina Department Of Public Safety (NC DPS):
http://webapps6.doc.state.nc.us/opi/viewoffender.do?
method=view&offenderID=0594483

So, an official state government website is "trumped up shite" with
"invented" accusations?

Do you know what they call someone who thinks that official government
sites are part of some eV0l conspiracy against a random civilian like
Burnore?

Gary Lee Burnore has already admitted that the record on that NC DPS
page is his:

Message-ID: <jjtrbk$liq$1...@reader1.panix.com>
Gary Lee Burnore describes why he got the traffic ticket reflected in
his NC DPS record:
"I did a reverse 180 and then a rolling burnout on a bet. Naturally,
cop saw me. Google Reverse 180. THEN google 66 Newport. You'll see why
it was spectacular. Well worth three days picking up leaves. ;)"

Note that this proves (and that Gary Lee Burnore admits) that the NC
DPS record in question is his, 'Assault on Female' conviction,
Interstate Compact Offender listing, and all.

Now *that*'s what I call irony, coming as it does from someone who
swallowed Murphy's Derbyshire delusion hook, line, and sinker.

Didn't you get the memo? You are supposed to choose a new
sock for 2013. You can't stay in the old one.

As for posting something twice, that is par for the course
around here. A lot of stuff is posted up to ten times.

Then email Burnore. Are you too stupid to use email and figure it out
for yourself? Ask him about the reverse 180, the rolling burnout and
the '66 Newport.

Every time the server glitches, you kooktards have a combined coronary

Account Banned's kooky "clear path" again?

You delusional idiot. You wouldn't know a rational argument if you got
utterly demolished by one in front of thousands of spectators.

Long story short: his "clear path" actually consists of "connecting the
dots" where the "dots" are:

1. A post from 2007 that shows every indication of being a forgery/
froggery: it's in the middle of a flamewar, the nym has no other
posting history according to Google, the posting IP matches another
participant in said flamewar, etc. etc. -- clearly at best a one-off
sockpuppet and not the primary identity of the poster.

2. A post from 2012 from a different Google Groups account and the same IP
range. Yes, the *first* step in the "clear path" is from someone being
in a particular netblock to a post coming from the same netblock five
years later. That netblock belonging to an ISP with three million
customers. As if that's not bad enough, the statistics for "churn"
among telco customers make it highly unlikely that the poster of the
2007 message was even still their customer in 2012, let alone the
*same* customer that made post #2.

3. An AIOE post that *may* have been made from the same IP, given some
rather generous assumptions, a few days later. Any modem reset during
those days, say because poster #2 turned everything off at the power
bar the night after making post #2, suffices to break the chain here
anyway.

4. An AIOE post with the same username and From: email as in 3, but with
a different NNTP-Posting-Host:. AIOE lets anyone use any combination of
username and From: email, so it's by no means guaranteed that posts #3
and 4 are by the same user, though it's not unlikely.

5. An AIOE post with the same NNTP-Posting-Host: as 4 and a different
from header, separated by days. See above re: modem resets.

6. An AIOE post with the same username and From: email as in 5. See
above re: AIOE letting anyone use any from header.

7. *Several* more repetitions of the pattern in 3, 4, 5, and 6, with the
odds of a modem reset or duplicated from header *somewhere* in the
chain steadily accumulating.

8. Ending with a post by kensi with an NNTP-Posting-Host shared with the
last poster in step 7; kensi has stated that she *does* turn her whole
system off nightly via power bar.

And any one of the various IP addresses encoded in NNTP-Posting-Host
headers at *any* step of that chain might have been a McDonald's WiFi in a
highly trafficked location, or an open proxy, or a household LAN with half
a dozen people, or...

> Not merely one path - but TWO DISCRETE PATHS.

Both with the exact same problem!

> Of course the IP addresses are different, since you'd reset the modem

I said earlier: "You delusional idiot. You wouldn't know a rational
argument if you got utterly demolished by one in front of thousands of
spectators."

And indeed you still don't.

<snicker>

> But they're still in the same range allocated to Sympatico,

Two IPs used by "thoolen" do, perhaps, but the connections between those
and kensi are so tenuous and full of holes you could fly a jumbo jet
through them.

And, of course, that fails to even prove that *thoolen* is Derbyshire,
unless you kookily believe that that ISP has only one customer. According
to its own website it has three million.

Logs that aren't available to you or me (or to dear departed kook
"Account Banned", whose "research" you are slurping).

Which is just fine from your perspective, as it makes it very unlikely
(barring someone filing a kooksoot) that the logs will see the light of
day and prove you utterly and completely wrong.

* K00ks LOVE to "connect the dots". They are, of course, dots that only

That needs to be amended, it seems. Clearly, sometimes small numbers of

Careful, kook -- your bias is showing. How is Burnore at all reliable?
He shows up, flames and hassles Emmett for a bit, then disappears. If
anyone was ever a fair-weather friend to your little Emmett Haters'
Club it's him. And I do find it amusing that you claim that government
web sites are being "frogged". Care to explain how this remarkable
feat is being accomplished?

The Tetrarchy, on the other hand, has been a steady presence for six
months now, and minus one single instance I can recall of internal
disagreement they've been steadfast in presenting a united front to
the kooks of the world. You call that "acting like sockies", but what
it is is what you claim they lack -- reliability.

> pay for, doesn't matter.

It wasn't just a kiss. Gary Lee Burnore also tried to undress the
child, and forcibly shoved his tongue down the child's throat.

As for 'repented of and tried to pay for', Burnore refused to come
clean to the child's mother about what he'd done, forcing the child to
go to the mother to reveal his aborted attempted rape. Even then,
Burnore denied it, until mother and daughter threatened to go to the
police. Only then did Burnore come clean about what he'd done, and
even then he immediately lawyered up and tried to minimize it just as
you are trying to minimize it.

After he was *convicted* of child molestation, he violated his
probation and absconded to another state while trying to evade his
probation officer (said absconding being the only reason why he's not
a registered sexual offender today, as North Carolina allowed him to
plead his CA child molestation conviction down to "Assault on Female"
due to a mismatch in the legalese between NC and CA), he made claims
that none of it happened, he attempted to evade paying victim
restitution, and he even to this day tries to blame the child-victim
for his own actions, claiming that it was the child who attempted to
rape him.

Burnore never repented of, nor tried to pay for his crime. He's done
everything in his power to weasel out of any responsibility for it.
Cowards run, it's what they do, and Burnore's been running from this
for years.

The fact that in the recent past, he's been so closely associated with
several girl scout troops in North Carolina (*after* he was convicted
in CA of child molestation; and to the exclusion of other youth groups
that were mixed gender or exclusively male) that he was hosting their
websites is a strong indication that he's still trolling for underage
girls to molest.

The recidivism rate for child molesters is high, Hanson and Harris in
a 2004 report calculated that sexual molesters had a 24% sex crime
recidivism over 15 years without extensive and long-term psychological
intervention. Unfortunately, Gary Lee Burnore also refused to go to
court-ordered psychological counseling, which is part of the reason
why CA hauled him back from NC to CA and into court and petitioned to
revoke his probation.

Given that Burnore has done everything in his power to weasel out of
and minimize his responsibility for his actions of sexually molesting
a child, and given that Burnore's personality is one in which he's
stupid enough to think he'll never be caught if he just denies,
denies, denies enough, the odds of him re-offending are arguably much
higher than for your average sexual molester.

That's why the Municipal Court of the State of California had this to
say about Gary Lee Burnore:
"The defendant's attitude, failure to comply, and the point that he
takes only minimal responsibility for the occurring offense, suggests
that risk for potential victims may be high."

But if you don't believe me, ask Gary why he went to the trouble of
offering server space solely to several girl scout troops, to the
exclusion of other youth groups that include boys. Ask him why he
developed such a close relationship with *several* girl scout troops
that he was hosting their websites. Then ask him why he moved those
girl scout troop websites to other hosting providers immediately after
I uncovered him hosting them. He was up to something, and was
attempting damage control.

Then contact the CA ICAOS and NC ICAOS and ask them why Burnore is a
lifelong ICAOS listee. That's "Interstate Compact for Adult Offender
Supervision", for your information. Ask them why all other
first-time-offender ICAOS listees *except* for convicted sexual
offenders eventually age off the ICAOS list. I'm sure you can put two
and two together to come to the realization that Burnore is indeed a
convicted sexual offender, despite his repeated denials.

Burnore didn't realize at the time that he absconded from CA to NC in
trying to evade being a registered sexual offender that ICAOS existed.
Had he known, he'd have realized that he'd be listed and watched by
ICAOS for life. So he's a convicted sexual offender on the ICAOS list,
rather than a registered sexual offender... a distinction without a
difference, as he's still listed and watched for life.

> i am just a mouthy observer, anyhoo. what

Go on defending someone who's been *convicted* of child molestation
and has attempted at every turn to evade responsibility for his own
actions in that respect. I'm sure no one will notice that you're
defending a sleazebag.

That's called a big 'ol whomping SPNAK!, by the way.

Ah, but Burnore's crimes, unlike the ones you attribute to me above, are
sufficiently non-imaginary as to appear in actual court documents.

Time to spin up the kooks again. Melt, kooks, melt. <snicker>

Rutles - China Blue Suede Schubert, in
<news:chine.bleu-80D88...@news.eternal-september.org> did

Nice attempt at shifting the conversation away from Burnore's crime by
insinuating that he was a minor. The only minor involved in his crime
was his victim. Burnore was 39 years old at the time of his arrest for
molesting a minor, and 40 years old at the time of his conviction.

Lame froth. It took you a week, two hours, and ten minutes to come up
with that miserable excuse for a riposte? Yeesh.

Now, since Series Expansion is an infrequent contributor, I think I'll
address your "points", such as they were, myself.

1. You slurp Burnore, who stalks Emmett, therefore WRONG!

2. >>> as it doesn't matter what they claim to prove about mr. burnore.
>>> he is believable, they aren't.
That's you indirectly making *every* claim Series Expansion lists.

3. >>> how they act vs how he acts? a lot more reliable.
That's you making a statement about Creepy Burnore's reliability.

4. That must be a hallucination on your part, unless Series Expansion
lives with you and you bathe together, which I find implausible --
judging by his infrequent but astute posts here, he probably has
*far* better taste in women than that.

In short, all four of your "points" are quickly demonstrated to be lies
and delusions.
