Great show! I was hoping he would play 'Misfits', but he didn't.
Still a very good set with a pretty decent Kinks cover band backing
him up. Ray sounds great and his new material really holds up with the
classics, especially 'Vietnam Cowboys'. Opening with 'I'm Not Like
Everybody Else', really got the crowd going and from there it was just
one big sing along after another. Very in tuned crowd, 'Sunny
Afternoon' was a blast. As were the five encores, and ending with one
of my faves 'Victoria'.
It's not a Kinks reunion, but a dam fine show in itself. Tickets were
reasonable, I scored 3rd row on the leftside center for $110 each four
days before the show. Catch it if you can!

Thanks for posting the set list. I was 10th row, right center (near
someone else who wanted to hear Misfits). You're right, Great show -
excellent new material and tickets were not rip-off prices to see a
stadium show. My first time hearing Ray live, after being a Kinks fan
for 25 years, and it was worth the wait.

Thanks again and God Save The Working Man
