Yep. Mostly from people who jumped on the Metallica bandwagon
with Justice. Some people just want the same thing ablum after album,
and they're not going to get that from a band as progressive as
Metallica is (and always has been). The bad sentiment will die down
after a while.

Sanity is highly overrated.
i can't remember exactly. i know i bashed the hell out of the black album,
but i can't remember if there were this many others saying how bad it
sucked. btw, still haven't heard load. hurry up airborne express.
Actually, the bad sentiment for TBA has continued for the past three
years, the length of time that I've been reading this newsgroup. Maybe
now people will leave TBA alone to concentrate on Load. At least that
how things seem to be going so far.

I'll put it to you this way: There was a bar in my area that had a
heavy metal night. Right after TBA came out, the DJ announced that the next
song was from the new Metallica album. Someone in the back yelled, "It sucks!"
and about 3/4 of the people there yelled in agreement.
