DREAM THEATER's Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence debuted at #1 on Billboard's
top internet sales charts. It charted at #46 on the American magazine's
overall Top 200 tally. The album also entered the Finnish CD charts at
position #2. In related news, according to Total Rock, Australian DREAM
THEATER fans are desperate to see the band live in concert. They have put
together a website with an online petition to get the band to tour down
under. They have the full support of Dream Theater members, but need to
convince promoters that there are fans in Oz willing to see them live. They

SANITY'S VOID is celebrating their 10 year anniversary this 2002 with a re
release of their Sculpted Demo on CD format with new art work and possibly a
bonus track or two. The Art work will feature lady liberty crucified on a
cross. The new CD still under construction will feature Lady liberty in revenge
mode with an ICBM in her hands. Both CD's will be done by different Artists.
The new one, "And death shall befall them" will be done by Mike Clift who did
some work on Skinlab's Disembody CD.
According to Blabbermouth, the original NUCLEAR ASSAULT line-up of John
Connelly (guitar/vocals), Anthony Bramante (guitars), Danny Lilker (bass),
and Glenn Evans (drums) will be performing at the Metal Meltdown IV

Bands needed. The compilation is a tribute CD to the bay area thrash
movement. This is not a cover CD at all, Metal Inquisition Records is looking
for 12 to 15 bands to write original songs in the same style of metal that was
king in the bay area from 1983 to 1993
All songs must be recorded after being written just for this project. No old
material or older recordings will be accepted for this project. Bands
interested may submit music to Metal Inquisition Records from 4 tracks, home
studio's or even raw tape recorders in your band room. The selection will be
made based on this so bands do not waste time and money recording a song in a
studio. If your band is selected you may submit a professional studio recording
(Or a home studio recording if it's up to industry standards) for the CD
compilation. A 25.00 dollar fee is all you will need to reserve a spot. All
bands on the comp. will have an option to buy CD's for re sale at their shows
at a whole sale price to make money.
Metal Inquisition Records needs an artist to do CD cover art work as
well.
