They reviewed Big Jack this evening (as well as a Brittany Spears song
called "If You Seek Amy"...say that one three times fast to have a
laugh).
Big Jack actually got a thumbs up, but not without some whining on the
part of the host and one of his sidekicks. Maxwell complained that it
was too hard to understand Brian's singing and that it probably
sounded just like The Jack (wrong) and his sidekick Chunk (a slightly
chunky but allegedly cute bitch) said it sounded like every other AC/
DC song. Co-host Stansbury, who also attended the Cleveland show,
declared it a worthy tune and said it got a really good reception at
the show. I don't know if I agree with him. I was at the show and most
people didn't seem to know how to react to most of the new tunes.
But they ultimately agreed to give it the thumbs up before moving on
to Brittany. At that point I turned off the radio.
Apparently Big Jack is set to begin airing in regular rotation on FM
radio here. I don't have high hopes even though I like the song. AC/
DC's second singles/radio tracks have not done well since the
Thunderstruck/Moneytalks era.
I still think War Machine should have been it's own single instead of
a B-side.

Agree 100%. War Machine and Anything Goes are the two best songs, and should be
gettig airplay.
