Yale _Tubby_ Edeiken

Here's the latest intel on Yale Edeiken. I just got back from a
tour of Allentown and I asked a few casual questions here and there and I
learned very much. Yale is better known as "Tubby" around the Lehigh
County Courthouse by many people. He is described as a most comical
personage when he waddles into the court room in his hastily not color
matched suit. His court room manner is about as spectacular as his nerdy
dress.

Tubby has a history of counseling by psychologists and he is described as
a loner who carries a chip on his shoulder. Tubby is better known as a
third rate lawyer who is only hired by those who can't get a hearing from
more "mainstream" attorneys. Tubby can only represent those types who will
sue their neighbor because the neighbor's dog shits in their yard. Tubby
is also known for filing lawsuits for the most trivial reasons. Most
judges have no respect for Tubby and they don't seem to pay him any mind
except for when he has his seizures of uncontrolled fits of anger. It's
been more than a few times when Tubby has been ordered to contain himself
by a judge.

Tubby has no respect from the legal community and as a whole they wish
he'd just waddle away. Tubby is the laughing stock of the Lehigh
County Courthouse.

unethical conduct.

David some facts for you (like it matters, you are in total
denial)

a) Fact: Yale Edeiken was a member of the Lehigh County Bar
Association but has since resigned.

b) Fact: Yale Edeiken was convicted in court of assaulting a
woman. Thus he is a convicted criminal.

c) Fact: Yale belonged to and might still belong to a social
club in Allentown that excludes blacks.

d) Fact: Yale Edeiken is listed by an organization on the web as
being an unethical lawyer.

e) Fact: Yale Edeiken passed out personal information on Scott
Bradbury on several occasions.

f) Fact: Yale Edeiken will very soon become known as Defendant
Edeiken.

g) Fact: DocTavish is still posting, I am still posting, David
E. Michael is still posting. Yale Edeiken is not posting, which
for him is a good thing. Sara Salzman in her feeble attempt at a
lawsuit, is not posting either.

h) Fact: Yale Edeiken has threatened people with the use of a
gun.

i) Fact: Yale Edeiken has been caught lying on many occasions.
