Hello, folks. As you can see, after some hiccups with his news
servers, the old "Cramer" is back again with his anti-semitist spam.
He's posting via Giganews again.
Just to offer you an update of the situation; as you may remember, the
last time he made the mistake of posting his Holocaust-denial through
Motzarella, which happens to be a German server. At the moment, it
would seem that our good Germans did take a rather dim view on the
violation of their national laws, and reacted to our complaints by
terminating "Cramer"'s account.
So, he shifted back to his old provider, under another forged account.
This means that we've struck the banderillas just right, and the bull
is now hooked to both sides. Before we proceed to the actual kill -
and it just may be that this bull has to be finished off with
_descabello_ instead of _espada_ - I'm reminding all you good people
of SHWI that you can also act as picadors in this noble tournament.
So, once again, I'll take the trouble of offering you a model of what
a letter of complaint could look like. You may compose your own as you
wish, but just to make things easier, from the letter below, you
should be able to copy the following attachments:
1) Links to the relevant messages by "Cramer",
2) Link to the SHWI Charter,
3) Link to the Terms of Service of Giganews, and
4) The full, complete headers of "Cramer"'s messages.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As a longtime newsgroup contributor, I'm reminding you once again of
the ongoing violation of your terms of service, as well as an
additional violation of a newsgroup charter and a violation of the
laws of several countries.
A personality posing under the pseudonym "B'in'yamin C'r'amer",
posting through an e-mail address hebesrtu...@best.com (hebesrturdz at
best.com) has continuously made use of your services in flooding and
spamming several usenet groups with openly racist content. You may
remember that previously, he has made use of your services also under
such forged adresses as onlytetr...@alltimes.yo (onlytetruth at
alltimes.yo) and yidsrbollo...@mosttimes.yes (yidsrbollocks at
mosttimes.yes).
To complement the forged adresses, he has also changed the spelling of
his name several times, mostly from one variation of "Ben[jamin]
Cramer" to another. The groups which he has continuously spammed under
this pseudonym include the newsgroup soc.history.what-if, in which I'm
an active, regular poster.
"Ben Cramer" has used his accounts for the sole purpose of sending
spam mail to different newsgroups, including soc.history.what-if and
soc.culture.israel. This flood of spam consists of lengthy messages on
Holocaust Denial, openly racist and anti-Semitic messages of supposed
contacts between Judaism, child molesting and porn industry, as well
as endless tirades of the Mid-East politics in, shall we say, somewhat
creative interpretation. I'm attaching you links to the relevant

The propagation of Holocaust Denial is contrary to the charter of the
newsgroup soc.history.what-if. The charter can be found from this
page:

As you can see from the introduction: "The following topics are not to
be discussed: Revisionism regarding the Holocaust or Turkish/Armenian
massacres".
As it is, soc.history.what-if is also an international newsgroup, and
an open propagation of Holocaust Denial is illegal in several
countries, including Germany. Previously, mr. "Cramer" has tried to
make use of German news servers, which have promptly terminated his
account after being informed of his violations.
Most relevantly to me, these recent abusive messages also fill the
qualifications of "Sedition against a Group of People", as defined in
the Criminal Law of the Republic of Finland (1995/578), Chapter 11, §
8. Internet violations of these kind have been handled in the courts
of our country before, quite succesfully, so this is a serious offence
from which you would be well-adviced to distance yourself as soon as
possible.
As it is, the messages of "Cramer" appear also through Finnish news
and web servers, so his transgressions concern me, my countrymen and
the laws of this great country quite directly.
Most importantly to _you_, the person in question is acting contrary
to your terms of service, as stated by your website:

group. In other words, trolling is an attempt to anger others to the
point of drawing them into an argument or an off topic debate.
Giganews does not tolerate trolling and will terminate service of
those who abuse the service in this manner."
"Giganews does not tolerate spam in any form. We run filters on our
incoming and outgoing feeds to cut down on spam traffic in either
direction. Giganews is very strict about spamming. You agree to not
spam, and you agree to avoid any form of posting that may look like
spam. If it is determined that you have posted spam through the
Giganews servers,
you will be charged a $50 cleanup fee per spam message that you
posted, and your account will be terminated."
Since the person in question is acting contrary to your terms of
service, misusing your services in a blatant violation of newsgroup
rules and practices as well as violating the laws of several
countries, you would be well-adviced to take appropriate action,
terminate the account of this poster, and charge him the cleanup fee.
Bear in mind that the actions of your customers will inevitably
reflect also upon you and your company.

I've been watching this poster for some time, and when Jussi pulled
Cramer up about posting Holocaust information to soc.history.what-if,
he did the right thing, apologised and ceased posting. I don't think
you are going to get too far with that line of investigation.
Why do you want to stop him from posting?
Why are you obsessed with him?
What's wrong with you?
He may be an asshole, but he does not disrupt the newsgroup as much as
you do.

When I opened my news server this morning, there were initially 131 posts

done its work, there were only 47 left. The only person I have killfiled is
